Refund Policy

Warranty

  • Our products are covered with a Dead On Arrival Warranty (In-Case received Damaged or non working product).DOA claims should be made within 2 days of delivery of the package.
  • After a period of two days we shall take not be liable for a DOA claim

Returns

  • In order to claim the refund or return, the item must be returned in an unused and new condition packed in original factory packing.
  • All Items sold cannot be returned unless there are manufacturing defects or the products are received Dead On Arrival (DOA).
  • E-Liquids can be exchanged or refunded for only if an incorrect product has been shipped. Taste of e-liquids is subjective and therefore no refunds can be offered for the same.

Refund

Your refund will be processed only after receipt and inspection has been carried out by out team on the returned product. In case of a defective item we shall reimburse you for return shipping( up to Rs. 100). Once the inspection has been carried out you shall be informed about the status of your claim via email. In case of an approval for a refund the same shall be credited to your bank account. In case of rejected claim the product shall be shipped back to you as is and the shipping cost shall be borne by you. In case of a refund it may take up to 7 days to process the refund

Replacement

Only defective or damaged items are replaced. To replace an item please contact us via the contact us page. Please Note:- In case of non availability of the same product a refund might be provided.

Items Not Covered Under Warranty

The following are items are exluded from our warranty.

  • Tanks (please do not report us about spit back of leakage issue under warranty terms)how ever customer may write us for assistance and help to fix the problem.
  • Accessories in general – Coils, Batteries, chargers, spare Pods etc.
  • Our warranty covers only factory defects and delivery Dead On Arrival/Damaged Products. Any signs of physical damage of the product will void the warranty immediately

Vapour Dynamics/Badmassh is not responsible for

  • Any kind of physical damage
  • Misuse of the items
  • Use of items in any way except the way it is supposed to be used
  • Force Majeure
  • Items opened by another party
  • Items covered by another warranty
  • Injuries of any kind resulting from use regardless of circumstance
  • Issues arising from alterations or modifications
  • Products with missing or defaced serial numbers.
  • Use of the product is the sole responsibility of the buyer and Vapour Dynamics Shall in no way be held
  • responsible for any issues arising from the use of these products

E-Liquids

No refunds. No returns. Taste is subjective. Many e-liquids that some find amazing, others might dislike, we do not provide refunds or returns if you dislike the taste of any e-liquid. Refund or replacement shall be provided only if an incorrect product has been shipped to you.

Indemnification

The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold Vapour Dynamics/Badmassh free from all liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the website.

Refund In-Case of RTO (Return to Origin)

In certain cases the package might be returned to origin due to non availability of the customer or non serviceable area. In case of non availability of the customer the package shall be reshipped to the customer at their request and at their expense.
