SHIPPING


Shipping is carried out through our shipping partners and courier will be assigned according to serviceability of shipping pincode.

Delivery time is usually 2-7 business days depending on the location of the delivery area.


*All the packages containing batteries ship via surface delivery. Surface packages usually take longer to deliver than air packages. As per regulations of AAI and AITA batteries cannot be shipped with airline due to security measurements. http://www.iata.org/whatwedo/cargo/dgr/Pages/index.aspx


For any query regarding shipment (After Dispatch) please contact the logistics company directly for any updates.

We try and ship out our orders as early as possible but please consider a time of approximately two days for order processing.

Please Note-Shipping details cannot be changed after order dispatch.

Once your order is shipped out the shipping details along with the carrier will be sent to your registered e-mail and phone number.

If your order does not reach you after 8 days please contact us via the contact us page on our website. Please mention your order number in the contact us details.

Delivery

In case of damaged product received.

In case of Dead on Arrival (DOA)/Damaged product/Manufacturing defect found please inform us on our contact us page within 2 days of receipt of the product and return us the product within 7 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging. After the above time has passed we shall not be liable for a replacement/refund.


Wrong product ordered by customer’s Fault.

In Case any customer has ordered a wrong product we can exchange it provided the package is undamaged and unopened (subject to inspection by us) return and replacement restocking charges may be apply. In such a case the customer is liable to send the product to our warehouse at their expense. Shipping charges shall not be reimbursed to the customer .Note-Consumable Products like Coils,E-juices cannot be returned. Product does not match as described. In such case we shall accept return and replacement of wrong product with return shipping charges reimbursement (Max 100/-Rs) Note-Consumable Products like Coils,E-juices cannot be returned used.

Misplaced/Stolen Package During Transit by Courier Company -

In case of non delivery of package and after confirmation from courier about misplaced package or non-trackable situation replacement of the same product will be reshipped with new Tracking Details or the customer can request for a refund.


* Replacement/Refund is only possible after confirmation the same from Courier Company until then the customer has to wait for the same.
